Grappa of Chianti ClassicoThe distillation of fresh Chianti Classico marc produces a crystal clear Grappa with a fresh, intense yet delicate aroma and an extremely smooth and persistent flavour. Alcohol content 43 % Vol.
Technical datasheet:Alcohol content: 43.0 % Vol.Grape varieties: it is made from fresh and meticulously selected marc, resulting from the fermentation of grapes destined to the production of Chanti Classico wine. Production technique: the best marc undergoes soft pressing and is immediately taken to the distillery. The following day, it is subject to careful, slow distilling, partly in vacuum conditions and at a low temperature, in order to enhance the original aromas and scents. Before being bottled, the grappa obtained is refined for several months. Characteristics: it has a crystal clear appearance, typical of non-aged grappa. It has a fresh and intense aroma, with a delicate hint of fruit, while it fills the mouth with a smooth note and a persistent and elegant flavour. Indications: It is excellent at the end of a meal to aid digestion. Best served at a temperature between 12 and 14°C. Technical datasheet download (.pdf) |
