Grape varieties:
this type of wine is obtained from a blend of Sangiovese (80 %), Ciliegiolo (15%), Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia (5 %).
Production technique:
after being harvested the grapes undergo traditional vinification on skins, with prolonged, temperature-controlled maceration. After fermenting, the wine is stored for ageing in steel tanks and released for sale after maturing in the bottle for two months.

brilliant ruby red with slight violet hues;
- BOUQUET:
aroma of medium intensity and persistence, with notes of red berry fruits;
- FLAVOUR:
harmonious and balanced, with a simple structure; uncomplicated, easy to drink wine.
Accompaniments:
this wine goes well with any type of meal, pleasant with meat dishes, cheeses and all kind of dressed pork.
Indications:
serve at a temperature of at least 18°C.
